Driving Instructor Fail

Kit Kat finished her classroom drivers education. Now it is time for her to do the hands on driving. She has schedule three days of 9 to 11 am on the road. The instructor called before the first session, saying he had to work with another driver who is about to get her license. So he needed to move the first day's session up to 7:00 am with Kit Kat.

I heard a noise around 9:00 am. At first I thought it was Kit Kat arriving back from her drive. Nope. The slacker instructor picked her up at 9:00 am. WTF? If you make an appointment at 7:00 am, you best show up well before 9:00 am. Then I heard that the chump was doing the crossword puzzle as he went with Kit Kat. Wake up slacker. Give Kit Kat the instructor she deserves.

It is a good thing that I did not pay for Kit Kat's driving instruction. I would want my money back, or a replacement instructor at the least.

Trash Patrol

This week I noticed some trash out on our street. Looked like it was the container for some ice cream discarded along with its top. Not sure how it got there. Perhaps the trash man left it behind. Or some slacker was littering.

The trash was not close to our house so I ignored it. Figured the peeps who were close to the trash would pick it up. I was wrong. The thing stayed there during the week.

Last night I took our house trash to the trash can because today we put out the cans for the trash man. Momoko cleaned out the fridge and loaded up the trash can again.

I had to take out one last load. I decided to clean the trash in the street. Put a latex glove on and walked around picking up trash. The neighbors across the street moved out. So I picked up some trash from their yard as well. You have to have pride in your neighborhood. Otherwise it will go down hill.

A Day of Surprises!

Today I had a few sweet surprises at school. We have been working on a group project and the team member that was a slacker last week actually stepped up to the plate and practically completed the project. I do not have to spend hours doing stuff for homework and we got out of class early today.

I also asked my teacher about getting materials for my classroom. She said she would try to work on getting everyone some models of atoms but in the meantime, she gave me a set of for my classroom. I was the only one that receive this special gift.
