Little Kat wanted the family to go to the Renaissance Festival for his birthday. He invited one of his cat friends to join us. We got up as early as we could on Saturday morning. Momoko got some breakfast. Then we were off.Kit Kat wore her tail. Little Kat was the Grim Reaper. We got a good parking space by surprise. The day started off with an archery demo. We split up for some lunch. Kit Kat helped me find the joint that sold fried pickles. Yumm.
Later we all joined up to watch the Joust. It was standing room only so we decided to see it later. I went with the boy cats to go to this huge slide. It cost extra to ride it. Little Kat was brave and wanted to go twice. The King of the Faire warned Little Kat that it was a rough ride. Little Kat ignored this advice.
After that the boys went aboard a pirate ship. They spent a lot of time there. We returned to see the Joust. By then, Kit Kat had purchased a smaller toy cat to sit on her shoulder. It had a secret wire that made it move by itself. People who walked by were amazed. Oh what a day.
